The situation
The top floor of the house originally consisted of one large bedroom with no bathroom facilities. The challenge was to transform part of the existing space into a completely new bathroom while integrating all the necessary infrastructure into an area that had previously been used only as a bedroom.
The brief
The homeowner's mother was planning to move into the property, and the client wanted to create a space where she could have her own private bathroom, providing greater comfort, independence and privacy within the home.
The approach
Because there was no existing bathroom in this location, the entire installation had to be created from scratch. This involved planning and installing the complete plumbing and electrical systems, constructing the necessary walls, creating the new ceiling and door opening, and preparing the entire space for the bathroom installation. A new underfloor heating system was also installed, together with complete waterproofing and all the necessary preparations for the shower, sanitary ware, furniture and finishing materials.

The result
The former bedroom was successfully transformed into a modern, private and fully functional bathroom, completely integrated into the top floor of the house.
The project provided the homeowner's mother with her own dedicated bathroom, giving her greater privacy, comfort and independence while living with her son.
From an empty room with no bathroom infrastructure to a complete finished bathroom, every part of the installation was designed and executed from the ground up to meet the needs of the client and the new use of the space.
